I Am What I See & I See …

by

The Holiday Season is one of gift giving and reflection over the past year. When you reflect – what do you see? Some of us may have experienced a good year, others a very challenging one and there are others of us who have mixed feelings. No matter what you see – 2013 is almost over. We cannot do anything but learn from it and use the lessons learned to move forward.

In an earlier post, I wrote about the Law of Forgiveness and Law of Sacrifice. Today, I want to focus a little on another Universal Law – the LAW OF REFLECTION.

I was reading something earlier by Deepak Chopra. He said, “This law states that the whole situation around you is you. I AM WHAT I SEE. WHAT I SEE IS ME.” Powerful stuff! The more we are able to embrace this law, the more self-aware we become. Hence, the more self-aware we become, the clearer and more focused we are about what we truly want.

Law of Reflection > Self-awareness > Clarity and focus about what we really want

I know that you may be thinking, there are so many things that are out of our control. And you are right! BUT, there are things that are in our control. Namely, how we think and respond to situations and circumstances in our lives. So…

  • What do you see when you look around you?
  • How do you feel about what you see?
  • Is there any area in your life where you’re ready to make some changes because you are tired of feeling frustrated and stuck?

Until next time…

In 2007, I started a company called Keepsakes by Faith whose main purpose was to inspire individuals using my art and inspiration words. The company evolved to meet our customers needs and today we are known as DISCOVER A NEW FUTURE. You may be wondering why. Our overall goal is to inspire individuals to be the best version of them self and we seek to do this by offering a wider array of services so we can meet individuals where they are. This includes personal development workshops, providing information, education and resources via our Discover A New Future show that airs weekly on Princeton TV, conferences, support groups and of course, art. So thanks for stopping by and please share your thoughts - it's the only way that we can grow!
