STAY ON TRACK!
When I was growing up and I got frustrated and wanted to give up my grandmother used to say to me, “The darkest hour is just before the dawn”. Of course, she did not say it that way – she said it in Patois (our Jamaican dialect). For a long time, I had no clue what this really meant. In fact, I didn’t until I was an adult!

Well, this is not just a saying. It is a fact! The darkest part of the night is just before the dawn because at that time, the Earth is in its final phases of darkness away from the sun. It is also the coldest part of the night for the same reason.

However, you can be proactive. Be prepared for these dark times! The following are a few examples of things that you can implement in your life to help you through these tough times so you can see the break of your dawn!

In 2007, I started a company called Keepsakes by Faith whose main purpose was to inspire individuals using my art and inspiration words. The company evolved to meet our customers needs and today we are known as DISCOVER A NEW FUTURE. You may be wondering why. Our overall goal is to inspire individuals to be the best version of them self and we seek to do this by offering a wider array of services so we can meet individuals where they are. This includes personal development workshops, providing information, education and resources via our Discover A New Future show that airs weekly on Princeton TV, conferences, support groups and of course, art. So thanks for stopping by and please share your thoughts - it's the only way that we can grow!
